Whichever programme you agree to with your care coordinator you will automatically receive the following services:

• Full coordination of your care (24 hour, 7 days weekly care coordinator availability)
• All liaison with your chosen treatment centre
• Transfer of (patient approved) documentation to the treatment centre
• Support with booking flights
• Arrangement of pick up and transportation to treatment centres from South African airports
• On-going care coordination throughout the duration of your treatment programme to deal with any practical or financial difficulties as they arise
• Expert medical advice from the time you contact us, continuing throughout the duration of your treatment programme.
• Management of your treatment fees from Australia, enabling you to safely claim refunds within Australia in case of early discontinuation of treatment (see our refunds policy).
