Triage Care Coordination

Your personal Triage care coordinator will support you when organizing all the practical aspects of your treatment. You will receive help choosing the treatment location and duration, booking flights, travelling from the airport to the treatment centre, and in overcoming any other practical difficulties. Your care coordinator has direct access to expert medical advice and can answer questions about detoxification or medical and psychiatric conditions. You can talk to the treatment centre ahead of your stay and our care coordination service is available to you by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Treatment location

Treatment can take place at either a single centre or within a combination of treatment centres in various locations in South African. You can view the centres by clicking on the map on the left hand side of this page. Some of our centres are based in coastal areas and offer access to a range of outdoor activities which can form an important part of the treatment programme; whilst other centres are based in cosmopolitan settings such as Johannesburg.

Treatment duration

Rehab treatment for addiction should be a minimum of one month in duration but preferably much longer. But, we understand that not everyone can afford to be away from home for long periods of time and, consequently, we have programmes of 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 3 months and 5 months duration. Other lengths of treatment can be arranged in discussion with your Triage care coordinator.
