A structured, holistic programme for recovery

Our structured programme leaves little to chance but allows for the uniqueness of each individual whose needs are carefully considered and incorporated into the treatment plan and balanced with those of the therapeutic community.

Individual counselling, group therapy, ward rounds, nutritional requirements, exercise, educational material, physical exercise such as yoga, supervised walks, table tennis and volleyball, all form part of a detailed, structured and holistic programme.
